THANKS !!!!!!! ... I did a brief Google and came up with Ohio F&W,
Idaho F&W, and the USGS ... haven't looked into it any further ...
but now I'll definitely start with Idaho ... I've blown up and tried
to enhance the tags via PaintShop but cant get any numbers out ...

gosh, sure wish I had computer equipment like they do on NCIS where
they can take 4 pixels and get a face out of it ... sigh ...
