Greetings, I was at the Pike Place market yesterday and noticed a Crow with four leg bands of various colors.? Western Ave and Virgina St.
?I am sure if you went top all of the trouble to put them on him/her, you would want to know he/she was still out there and doing well.? Is there a story here? I am not in the Seattle banned crow loop.
