I've had 2-3 Western Scrub-Jays at my house on Beacon Hill (near the VA hospital) for almost three years. I've also seen them occasionally in Rainier Beach and Georgetown. My visits to those neighborhoods are occasional, but their occurence there could be more regular than mine.
