On our way into a local place to play pool we heard two Nighthawks calling around 9:30pm last night. We were near the intersection of 4th and Union in the Renton Highlands. Nice to hear down in the lowlands. I usally only see them regularly at our mountains property. I wonder if they are nesting nearby or were just migrating. I will try to visit again near dusk to listen again.
