Hello All,

Despite the wind, spitting cold rain and overcast sky we went birding out to
the Columbia River in Western Walla Walla Co.. We saw the following species
of interest.

Violet-green Swallows-12
Trumpeter Swans-3 (#136 for the county year list)
Tundra Swan-7
Red-breasted Mergansers-13
Gray-crowned Rosy Finches-30-Wallula Gap
Prairie Falcon-1
Ferruginous Hawk-2-Byrns Rd.
Common Loon-4
Dunlin-50-WWRdelta
Am. River Otter-1ad. going after a huge flock of coots at a grain terminal.

Overall it was a good day out looking around.
Later Mike
