potentially decrease non-hunting access to the refuge. Details can be found

As the pdf at that link shows, you can comment at a public meeting on March
26 and/or you can submit your comments via email to:
FW1PlanningComments at fws.gov with "Ridgefield NWR CCP Alternatives" in the
subject line. All comments are due by April 10, 2009.
