Thanks for the tip. He was there late yesterday afternoon (Tuesday, March
17) and apparently had been there Monday also, according to a woman we ran
into nearby who had seen it then. Nice bird. Also, a cock pheasant was
strutting near the south parking lot. First I've seen all year.

A stunning male Mountain Bluebird was hawking insects in the South Meadow
today. He was using the tall mahonia and hawthornes for perches on the
south east side of the diagonal trail through the meadow.
