and support her final plea regarding comments from knowledge, and
thank her for her diligence in this matter. Another aspect of the
entire issue of border fences and defoliation, is that the Feds will
be eliminating hundreds of acres of Texas and other areas along the
Rio Grande, so as to maintain the fence on dry land. Regardless of
whether or not one supports the fence, or the reveg plans, it is
imperative that there be no net loss of the United States or any of
