My wife works in the Seattle WaMu tower, and today she reported
seeing a Peregrine Falcon chick with its parent on the nest
platform. Go to: http://frg.org/wamu_camera.htm

You might have to watch for a while to catch a glimpse.

In our nest box in Mason County, the Wood Duck was incubating this
morning when I turned on the television to check on the nest box
status. Then she left for a smoke break, and a female Hooded
Merganser entered the box and uncovered all the eggs, all the while
nervously looking up as if she expected the Wood Duck to return any
moment. She turned some of the eggs and did some rearranging, then
covered them all up (sloppily) and left after about twenty minutes.
Now the Wood Duck is back, quietly sitting on the eggs. It's my
daytime soap on TV!
