Tweeters,
I'd gladly send the 50 or so Band-tailed Pigeons that showed up at my house
last week, and continue to do so, to Renton. They usually show up about
9:00am, and leave just before 5pm, sorta like commuters to work. And they
vacuum up all the seed.

Note: I think these birds might nest on or very near the forested areas of
Fort Lewis. They usually disappear from my place in late June.

I had a pair of Band Tailed Pigeons at my feeder today, after putting
out seed ( a different seed than I normally use).

I caught a flash of white earlier in the day. I'm glad they came back
so I could get a closer look. They are beautiful with a little band of
copper color on the back of the neck and white feathers on the tail
that fanned out as they flew away.

I live in East Renton Highlands.
