Alright, I've embarassed myself before, so why not take a shot.
?
Empid #1 Looks like a Dusky or Hammonds to me.? The bright lores,bold eye ring, small bill and pale breast are noted.? The rounder head suggests a Dusky, but it's a little out of it's range here, isn't it?
?
Empid #1 Looks more like a Willow to me.? The pale eye ring, larger bill and lighter lower mandible kinda look right to me for a Willow.

Aren't Empids fun!!!
