Subject: [Tweeters] Fun time at SARDIS

I volunteer with my son at the SARDIS rehab center near Ferndale, WA. They
have a Harris' Hawk there that is a total imprint on humans and every spring
it picks one person to be his "boyfriend". This year it was my son,
Michael. Lucky kid. For three weeks, every time he went in the enclosure
the Harris' would jump on his back and make sweet love to him. *laugh*
Michael took it in stride, hardly laughed at all.

Today, the Swainson's Hawk made me it's umm...plaything. :) I don't know,
is it something in our genes that we look good to birds?

Anyway, just wanted to share my bird story for the day. Hope ya'll have a
great weekend!!
