The last three days has seen an average of 259 ounces of nectar use - This
is somewhat comparable to a one week period last year - but I do not re-call
the exact dates.



If you would like to see some really insane hummingbird activity - come up
here right around dusk 8:00 to sunset, the close to sunset it gets, the
busier it gets. There have been well over 100 hummingbirds zipping in and
out as it gets closer to dark.



While one can never guarantee what you will see - my best guess is that this
amount of activity may last for the next week or so..



Directions to my house. Take Exit #54. Take a right towards Hwy 906. Go
straight. At three way stop (inside residential neighborhood) go straight.
Road curves to the left and down a hill. As it flattens out it will curve
to the right. Blue gray house on right (third one). Address is 69 E Hyak
Drive. There is excellent viewing from the road. Feel free to walk on path
in the garden as snow has recently melted..
