I see that the updated 2009 Wenas field trips are at the website,
www.wenasaudubon.org now. The weather looks like it will be good over Memorial Day
weekend. When I go there, I like to return on Chinook, but it may not open. White
Pass is a good alternative. At the bottom of the pass on the west side, turn north
on hwy 123. It connects to hwy 410, and you eventually come north to Enumclaw. Get
hwy reports by dialing 511. It's free.
