Does anyone have an idea what this could be?? There were two near my bird bath on the ground pecking -- gray robin-sized birds with distinctive elongated black eye.? Gray feathers on back?edged with tan, chest was a little lighter and there was a?bit of stripling.? The beak was slender and sort of long.? Wish I had a picture.?

This is on Kent East hill.
