Tweeters: Please, can you help me? I've tried AOL HELP and gotten
technical specialists (who keep referring me to THEIR specialists for Screen
Names and Passwords) and out-sourced technicians from Madras. Not only is
there another person with my screen name and address, but I can no longer SAVE
anything, to my Filing Cabinet here and the copy held by AOL.
There must be someone among our Tweeters who can advise me what to
do--I suppose I must change my screen name and password but I dread it--
how could this have happened?! I don' t want to lose my saved mail from
friends and family--
All suggestions/solutions/help gratefully--and
