Subject: [Tweeters] Lightpole birdnest tangle

Yesterday I watched a bird flail helplessly under a hollowed lightpole
bird nest. It would flap its wings and hang upside down and then right
himself on the pole just under the entrance to the nest.
I couldn't see what had trapped the bird whether it was a string, hair
or a wire.
It's mate was busy flying in and out of the nest just above him. The
baby birds inside the lightpole nest were fed at least twice. He
finally freed himself from entanglement just as
I went indoors, contemplating who I could call to help free the bird.

Is there anyone to call?
