Dear Tweeters,

Today our birding group found a singing Veery at the entrance of the park
going to the office and maintenance buildings (on the east side of the
highway). The East prong of the Little Klickitat runs along the bottom of
the mountain you will see right in front of you when you enter. A hedge is
still present where a mobile home used to be and the river is behind that.
The Veery was very vocal at around 11 am.

Our next and last birding event will be "Breakfast with the Birds" on Sat.
June 6th at 8 am. Please RSVP at 773-4611 if you plan to attend. It is
free and should be a great event!
