Hey Everyone,
yesterday Sam Riley and I birded from port susan to the samish flats and
found some awesome birds!!!!

our first stop was port susan were we had between 3-5 BARN SWALLOWS, 4
eurasian wigeon, and a short eared owl trying to keep its lunch from being
stolen by a harrier and a red tailed hawk. the game range was pretty quite
except for some yellow rumped warblers and the normal sparrows. on the
samish flats we found a YELLOW HEADED BLACKBIRD mixed in with a large flock
of redwinged blackbirds at the west 90. also on the samish flats were 1
rough legged hawk and both types of swans.

we were curious if anyone knows anything about the 3 wild (ish) turkeys that
were hanging out between conway and the game range.
