Subject: [Tweeters] Fwd: Celebration of Life for Hue MacKenzie
Date: Nov 14 08:58:14 2009
From: Hal Opperman - hal at catharus.net

Sad news of a BC birding stalwart and great friend of Washington birds
and birders. Hue and his wife, Jo Ann, were faithful members of WOS
from the beginning. Over the years many of us looked forward to the
pleasure of their company on field trips or at the banquet table at
the annual WOS conferences, which they just about never missed. Here
is a link to an online obituary:

Our thoughts and sympathy go to Jo Ann and to the trans-border birding
community, which has lost one of its anchors.
