Hello, This morning from Luhr Beach, a SWAN was evident resting upon the mudflats off Nisqually Reach. At about a mile away, I couldn't quite peg it to species, but may lean slightly towards TRUMPETER. EARED GREBE was here as well.
At the pumpkin field, just west of and beyond the greenhouses at the base of Nisqually Cut-off Road (right near I-5), were 3 SANDHILL CRANES; 2 were adults and 1 a juvenile.
