I saw an AMERICAN DIPPER having the time of his life at the fish ladder on Penny Creek in Mill Creek!
The water is rushing over the dam and through the ladder very fast, and the Dipper was so happy!!
I saw him just before dusk Tuesday night. The fish ladder is located just off Seattle Hill Rd. and Bothell Hwy and 164th St. (across from McDonalds and up Seattle Hill Rd. half a block)
