Last night at the Lower Columbia Basin Audubon meeting we were told that in
early November there was a BROWN PELICAN seen flying over west Pasco. (We
are trying to get an exact date.) The observer is familiar with both Brown
and American White Pelican. Knowing that there have been Brown Pelican
sightings at the Walla Walla River Delta and near McNary Dam in the past
this is worth noting.
