We looked for the Long-eared Owl at Totem Lake from 7 am to about 8:30 or so without luck. I am fairly sure we checked the same spot at Chris. I believe the viewing area is looking south from the northern asphalt path about 50 to 100 yards past the flooded main lake overview. Look for the end of the planted conifers on the hotel fence side and the viewing spot is right past that. I am going to meet Chris at about 3 PM to make sure that is the spot.
