Seen on M St. near Emerald Downs in Auburn, about 12:30 - 2:00 :

In ponds and grasses and pond edges: 60 Northern Pintail, 30 Green-
winged Teal, 30 American Widgeon, 6 Northern Shoveler, 4 Bufflehead, 2
Mallard, 30 Canada Goose, 200 Dunlin, 20 Long-billed Dowitcher, 1
Great-Blue Heron, 1 female (brown) Northern Harrier

In distance to north, perched in tall trees : 1 red morph Red-tailed
Hawk, 1 juvenile light morph Red-tailed Hawk

At Thomas Ponds (to south of U-Haul) near SE 277th exit, at around
2:30 : 6 Bufflehead, 1 dark morph Red-tailed Hawk, a plenitude of
Tree Frogs (just heard!)

At Green River Natural Area, from trail and viewing tower off SE
226th, about 3:00 - 4:30 : 2 Bald Eagle, 6 Ring-necked Ducks, 1
Accipiter (Sharp-shinned or Cooper's - couldn't tell), 4 Double-
Crested Cormorants, 2 Mallard, 2 Northern Flicker, 100 American Robin
(perched in treetops), sounds of 2 Tree Frogs, coyote scat full of red
berries and berry seeds!

Late report from a pleasant afternoon, despite some spitting rain.
Have misty photos of 1st 2 redtails, the harrier, the heron and the
eagles.
