Subject: [Tweeters] Red-Breasted Sapsuckers in Twin Lakes

Sorry - did it again and generated my message before it was finished ...

My regular morning walk today yielded two RED-BREASTED SAPSUCKERS. What made
it interesting, is that both of them were busy drilling new holes only a
foot or two above ground. I noticed this with my neighbors bird yesterday
and the sap was running down a Mountain Ash this morning. After seeing the
first bird elsewhere, my next door sapsucker was also enjoying the fruit of
its work when I got back.

Good Birding!
