After caching in on the Lapland Longspur extravaganza on the South Jetty of the Columbia in OR, Ian Boustead and I headed to the North Head Lighthouse at Cape Disappointment on the WA side. No tubenoses at all, but otherwise good numbers of birds including 3 Black-legged Kittiwakes, many Pacific and Red-throated Loons and and all 3 scoters.
