This morning I arrived at Jensen Access (Fir Island, Skagit County) a couple hours before high tide. I saw no Sharp-tailed Sandpipers during a 3 hour visit. What I did find follows:

SB Dowitcher - 6 juvs (no LB Dows)
Dunlin
Greater Yellowlegs
Black-bellied Plover
Red Knot - 1 juv
