Hello All,

Our morning started out with the female Anna's Hummer in our yard. Then we
headed north to Fishook Park via the North Touchet River Rd. where we
discovered a Northern Shrike along the Touchet River. Driving north up onto
the Eureka Flats where we found an adult Loggerhead Shrike which ML photoed.
Then on to Fishook Park where we saw the following bird species:

Hermit Thrush......2 birds
Merlin..................1 calling
Coopers Hawk....1
Red-breasted Nuthatches...4 birds
Golden-crowned Kinglet....6 birds
Ruby-crowned Kinglets.....8 birds
N. Flicker.........................42 birds
Horned Grebe...................1 bird

Van Hollebecke HMU

Lincoln's Sparrow...............2 birds
Yellow-rumped Warbler.....50+ BIRDS
White-crowned Sparrow....120+ birds

Sheffler Rd. west out of Clyde

Northern Rough-legged Hawk...1st bird of the season
SNOW BUNTING...................2 HY birds-earliest date ever in Walla Walla
Co.. ML took many great photos.
