The Northern Shrike at the Montlake Fill, which must have had a siesta after lunch, starting actively hunting again later this afternoon, spending much of its time around the snags by the SW pond ("Dime" Lot pond). Perhaps a photographer got better photos, but these are the best I could digiscope:

Pretty cool that the Fill now has sightings of both shrikes this year. Do you have anything to add to the Fill year list? This list has many, but not all of the sightings this year:
