One more belated Okanogan sighting. Last Thursday, the 8th Marissa Benavente and I saw 5 Eur. Collared Doves in downtown Twisp. They were at the west end of Twisp Ave. (not Twisp River Rd. one block south) but we did not see them either Friday or Saturday. There was an immature Golden Eagle overhead on Friday and a flock of Evening Grosbeaks on the Thursday so at least there are some compensation birds to be seen even if the doves are not around.
