As of 10:45 am this morning, we were watching the Black-tailed gull out over the channel. It is being seen at the same spot as yesterday, just south of the Tyee Marina. It's in a flock of California and Mew gulls, working back and forth over the channel, They are almost 1/2 mile away, so a scope is necessary.
