Got a report today of 6-8 swans flying across I-5 near Fort Lewis. Likely
they are tundra swans as it is a bit early for Trumpeters.
Please remember to report sightings to me in areas outside the Skagit.

Thanks --- fall is here and the waterfowl are arriving. The snow geese have
been heard flying at night over my house near Mill Creek.
