Surprised no one has posted yet today, it is still around south of Tyee Marina on Marine View Drive in Tacoma. Nice bird and much much better looks for me than the 1st state record bird at North Cove.

Thank you Charlie Wright for finding it, you sure see seagulls seemingly well!
