Faye McAdams Hands just phoned at 1:44 PM today (Monday), and the Gull is still sitting on the logboom as Fred described, seen well from the same pull-out next to the house with the birdfeeders. She asked me to post this.

Subject: [Tweeters] Black-tailed relocated Monday

John Nielsen (Sp?) and I relocated the Commencement Bay black-tailed gull at about 11:30 this morning when it flew into the short, middle log boom. A striking bird, it settled down on the log for half an hour, preening itself and provocatively wagging its black-banded tail at us, or so I?d like to think! We scoped from the larger pull-off just south of the marina.
