I heard a flock of geese yesterday afternoon, but unfortunately, I was
under a tree line and couldn't visualize a count. (My ears said two,
but ?)

I've noticed that after the large amount of rain we had a few days
ago it brought many birds to the bath and feeder the very next day.

The regular 3 or 4 neighborhood crows are mysteriously absent.

Earlier last week I had a visitor. When I peered outside to see who
it was knocking at the door, there sat two Stellar Jays feeding from
the gutter and another pecking my porch rail. That Jay pecks fairly
hard enough to resemble a knock at the door! No one has mentioned
that Stellar Jays can mimic a salesman. lol
