I was snacking at the McDs on NE 24 and ~138th NE in Bellevue on Sunday when I spied a Coopers on the fence behind the Jaguar/Land Rover dealership. Crows began to mob it and it flew towards me and landed on the ground, under a shrub next to the chain link fence. Of course I was without my binoculars but I could see that it had a silver-colored band on its right leg. After being harassed a little more, the Coopers flew west with 5 Crows close behind. The Coopers was brown - does that make it a juvenile?
