Subject: [Tweeters] Sites available for the Puget Sound Seabird Survey!
Date: Sep 3 17:36:57 2009
From: Adam Sedgley - AdamS at seattleaudubon.org

Hi Tweets,

Put your passion for birdwatching to good use this winter!

Over fifty volunteers participate in a monthly survey of seabirds on
Puget Sound. The dedication of these volunteers allows us to generate a
synchronized snapshot of seabird densities on Puget Sound. Some sites
still need volunteers this coming October; one may be in your area!
(click on the links below to see maps)

Surveys are 15-30 minutes long and take place on the first Saturday of
each month, October through April, during a specific four-hour window.
Beginners will be paired with more experienced birdwatchers. To learn
more about the program, please visit www.seabirdsurvey.org
