I checked the Vaux's Swifts at Chapman School last night and was glad to
see a large number of the birds.
I would estimate there were 20,000 or more swifts converging on the
school's chimney.
The swifts started entering the cimney at 1952 and the last individual
AMAZING
I recommend this spectacle to anyone who has or has not seen it.
i did not see any raptors attempt to take any swifts,
dang,
maybe next time
