I've been experimenting with Eye-fi -- a new technology for allegedly automatically geotagging all your photos.? My records are less than perfect, and I was hoping Ey-fi would help me record exact sites where I find birds.

Unfortunately it appears to be a purely urban application.? It appears to work only in city downtowns .? I can't get it to work in city parks or even small towns.? There will be a GPS version someday, but this one relies on Wi-fi only.? I carry along my Blackjack phone with GPS, but the 2 devices don't talk, yet.?

The full capability will come soon, I suspect.

Anyone else have better luck or know a better solution?
