Subject: [Tweeters] Black Swifts on the move - Jefferson Co.

Good morning,

Yesterday morning around 0900 I noted 14 Black Swifts at Brinnon, near the mouth of the Dosewallips River in Jefferson County. They appeared to be southbound along the west side of Hood Canal. There were a numbers of Violet Green Swallows in the same area, as well as 5 to 10 Turkey Vultures at each of the River mouths from the Skokomish to the Dosewallips.

Cheers and good birding...

Bill Shelmerdine, Olympia
