Saw two Harrier Hawks fairly high up above Magnuson Park around 1 pm on Sunday 9/27, one of which was being mobbed by a single crow. I was thrown off by seeing them so high up, but those white rumps were very persuasive. Nor have I seen two of them together--I've only seen solitary birds coursing low over the ground, on the hunt.
