I went to Neah Bay yesterday with Jo Norton. The only shorebird was one
Oystercatcher at the entrance to the harbor seen from the old fish factory.
On the Waatch River I saw several sp. of fresh water ducks and a Great
Egret. Also there was a Red-throated Loon. On the Road to the Fish Hatchery
was a female Sooty Grouse allowing a very close approach from the car.
We did not go down to the Cape Flattery lookout.
