Hi Everyone, It seems to me, the chillier the weather, the more inclined this guy is to hang in my yard. He has been here all morning long, and I got some great close up photos, since he is allowing me to get really close, and is un-phased by my presence. I have noticed the Anna male, continues to fly up and inspect the rosy breast of this bird, which is really funny. I did try to get a photo of that, but could not get both in focus on time. (still learning the camera) He also will follow him a bit, and then give up and fly off. I have not seen him do this with the very colorful House Finches that I have... All that came this morning got good views, and best views when he came to the feeder.Since he is now using both the tree feeder, and the feeding station, viewing is better in the back corner of the yard, do watch out for the pond, small, but close to the fenceline......
