Hi Tweeters,

I did a short loop through the Montlake Fill this afternoon about 4:30, and did not have any luck in finding the Mountain Bluebird reported by Connie Sidles earlier today. Perhaps it was having a siesta, or maybe it has moved on, hopefully the former. I also was not able to find the Eurasian Collared-Dove, the "Eurasian" Green-winged Teal, or any Cinnamon Teal.

I did see a Northern Harrier circling overhead, northbound (in my experience not very easy to find in spring at the Fill), and at the Boy Scout pond, an adult Killdeer was tending to 2 tiny fluff-ball babies.

A great map of the Fill is at: http://www.constancypress.com/publications/inmynature/fill/

Good birding,
