Birdman,
I have a song sparrow spending several hours a day flying up against the dining room window, pecking and beating his wings, retreating to a nearby tree, and then repeating every fifteen to thirty seconds.
Is he trying to drive away a breeding competitor, or actually trying to mate with himself?
