Great shots, Doug. I especially liked the Bluebird on box and Magpie shots.

Hi Tweets,

Last weekend I took my second trip to Eastern Wa. It was much more rewarding than the first trip. I encountered 4 new life birds, and observed many birds I don't normally see on the West side of this great state.
The life birds were:
Sandhill Crane
Black-necked Stilt
American Avocet
Brewers Sparrow

Other birds of note, at least for me were:
Western Bluebird
Mountain Bluebird
California Quail
Great Egret
Redhead
Townsend's Solitaire
A small Elk Herd (cows only seen)
Hermit Thrush
Even the common Black-billed Magpie

It was a Great trip with outstanding scenery, and very hospitable folks.
