Subject: [Tweeters] ID help w/Empidonax; also R. Hummingbird

Hello folks,
I'm hoping that I'm not imagining the slight crest that gives this Lincoln
Park bird the overall appearance of an Empidonax, and I'm guessing based
mostly on field guide photos that this is a Hammond's Flycatcher:

I'd be delighted to either have this confirmed or be shown the error of my
ways - thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
Also, I thought some might enjoy this photo of a Rufous Hummingbird foraging
at fireweed -- the glowing green leaves below it, bathed in sunlight, are
giving the little fellow a lime wash!
