It's the first one I've seen in the city, so I don't know how common a sighting it might be. I saw it today (Wednesday) around 1:30 p.m. in Magnuson Park, where it was foraging on the grassy lawn along the lakeshore, just north of the new restrooms (not yet open, with fencing still around the structure.) This location is just east of where the submarine fins artwork starts. Coming back this way 1/2 hour later, it was not present.
