The RUSTY BLACKBIRD is still along Tualco Loop, south on Monroe in Snohomish County. This morning it took me 3 hours to find it. And the look was not a very satisfying one. Just long enough for a positive ID. The bird was on the sileage pile at the dairy near the NE end of the loop. It was about 9:30AM. The large flock of mostly Brewer's Blackbirds then dispersed. I was in the area until about 3:30PM and did not see the flock again.
Also today along Tualco Loop:
Turkey Vulture - 5
Cooper's Hawk
Northern Rough-winged Swallow - 1
Western Meadowlark - 1 seen
At the prison farm dairy pond on 203rd:
Cinnamon Teal - 2 males and 1 female
American Kestrel - 1
Wilson's Snipe - 5
Greater Yellowlegs - 2
Lesser Yellowlegs - 1
Within The Crescent Lake Wildlife Area:
Red-breasted Sapsucker - 2
Lincoln's Sparrow - 1
